Aim of Course :
At the end of the programme participants should be able to :
- State the importance of tendering, filing contract documentation system, the role of information technology in tender design and evaluation and contract management;
- Evaluate bids, tender documents and the Mechanism for price adjustment for contract;
- Explain the basis of tender design, timing, procurement and the system of evaluation;
- Acquire the necessary skills required to design and administer skills required to design and administer an appropriate tender procedure for effective and effective contract management.
